1. Log on to online banking

Use your details to log on to online banking.

2. Start a Secure Message

Select 'Secure Message' then 'Send us a Message'.

3. Ask to close your account

Select 'Account Queries' from the dropdown and choose 'Close account number'.

4. Keep an eye on your inbox

If we need any more information, we'll send you a Secure Message. We'll also send a message when the account closure is complete.
